All orders placed on www.VyzeLab.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Vyze Lab™ uses reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods include standard, expedited, and overnight options based on availability and location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing an order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Vyze Lab™ ships internationally to select countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products purchased are legal and permitted to be imported into their destination country.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, seizures, or customs delays associated with international shipments. All international customers assume full liability for any issues encountered at their border.
If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you suspect theft or loss, contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will promptly review the issue and take appropriate action.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. If your order has already entered fulfillment or been handed off to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
