IN DIRECT CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING THE SALE OF ANY PRODUCT TO THE PURCHASER, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES, AND LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASER'S HANDLING, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.
Vyze Lab™ products are intended for IN-VITRO RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY -- NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL USE OR CONSUMPTION. They are not to be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to food and/or drugs, medical devices, or for commercial use.
The purchaser agrees that products have not been sterilized or tested by Vyze Labs™ for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, or cosmetic uses.
You agree to indemnify and hold Vyze Lab™ and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the website or violation of this Agreement.
This Agreement and the use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing state or territory applicable to Vyze Lab™.
This document, along with our Privacy Policy and Legal & Compliance statement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vyze Lab™.
